ABOUT THE CLASS

This is a Women's Class

THU at 10:00 AM - 11:45 AM

Begins September 3, 2026 and ends with sharing day on May 6, 2027. Our class follows the Sarasota school calendar.

Grace Community Church continues to be our host church for the 2026-27 CBS year.

We meet from 10:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. with core group time followed by a short presentation prior to weekly teaching.

The Sarasota Lakewood Ranch Day Class has been operating for 32 years. We have women from multiple churches attending CBS from Venice/North Port South up through Bradenton/Palmetto including Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch and Myakka.

Currently Studying: James, Genesis

We will begin with a 24 week study of the book of Genesis. We will be studying the first 22 chapters. Genesis is the book of beginnings where we rediscover God who formed creation and purpose.

Then we will study 6 weeks of the book of James to complete this years study.

Next Gen Ministry

We currently have NO openings with a waitlist. All classes are full. This year, we will provide Bible teaching for children ages 1-11. Scripture memory verse songs, prayer practice and suggestions for fun home activities. These components introduce and reinforce the teaching aim for each week's lesson. We connect with every child to remind them about Jesus' wonderful love for them. We serve to connect with and support parents as they teach and train their children to live out God's truths in their lives. We welcome your children to experience the love of Jesus through the loving servants in our CBS NextGen Ministry program this year.
